We recommend placing your order directly through our online shop. There you can choose from all available payment methods and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
In exceptional cases, we can also accept orders by phone or in writing.
What applies in these cases
- Phone and written orders are only possible by prepayment (Vorkasse).
- We can only accept a phone order if your address is already stored in our system from a previous order.
- For a first-time order, we require your order in writing by email or via our contact form.
For written orders, please include the items you would like to order as well as your complete billing and delivery address.
