No, orders that have already been placed cannot be combined after the fact.
If both orders have not yet been processed, we can check whether a cancellation is still possible. After a successful cancellation, you can place the desired items together in a new order.
If one of the orders is already being processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. The orders will then be handled and shipped separately.
