Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation in Germany is generally possible.
Please note the following:
- Delivery to a Packstation is only possible for DHL shipments.
- Bulky items cannot be delivered to a Packstation.
- If your order includes €19.95 shipping costs for bulky items, delivery to a Packstation is not possible.
- The address must be entered completely and correctly, otherwise DHL will not be able to deliver the shipment.
Incorrect Packstation addresses are usually returned to us.
How to enter the Packstation address correctly
Please enter your details in the delivery address as follows:
- First name / Last name: your name
- Address addition: your post number
- Street / House number: Packstation and the number of the Packstation
- Postal code / City: the postal code and city of the Packstation
- Country: Germany

Please ensure that your post number is entered in the "Address addition" field and that only "Packstation" + number is entered in the "Street / House number" field.
Can I change the delivery address to a Packstation afterwards?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Specifically:
As long as the email "Status information about your order" has not yet been sent, we can still adjust the delivery address upon request.
However, once the order is in picking, no changes are possible.
A subsequent address change with DHL is also not possible.
What happens if the Packstation address was entered incorrectly?
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect Packstation address, it will be returned to us.
In this case:
- we will refund you the order value
- as well as the charged shipping costs
- and you will need to place the order again if necessary
Unfortunately, re-delivery with a changed address is then no longer possible.
Important note
You can specify a different delivery address for each order – including a Packstation.
Please check your entry very carefully before submitting the order, as even small deviations can cause DHL to be unable to deliver the shipment.
