Sport Conrad ships orders using different shipping providers depending on the delivery country, parcel size and item.
In principle, shipping is carried out as standard shipping.
Parcel shipping
We mainly ship parcels with:
- DHL
- UPS
Which shipping provider is used is automatically determined based on your order. It is not possible to choose the shipping provider yourself.
Bulky goods
Bulky items such as skis can be shipped with DHL or UPS depending on the delivery country.
Bicycle shipping
Bicycles are shipped via the freight company GO! Express & Logistics Munich.
Bicycle shipping is only possible to:
- Germany
- Austria

Express shipping
A freely selectable express shipping option is not offered.
UPS Express is only used for delivery countries that can only be supplied by us via express or air freight.
