How does express shipping work?
We do not generally offer a freely selectable express shipping option. An order that has already been placed cannot be changed to express shipping afterwards.
UPS Express is used exclusively for delivery countries that can only be supplied by us via air freight. These include:
- Argentina
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Chile
- China
- Greenland
- Hong Kong
- India
- Iceland
- Japan
- Malta
- Montenegro
- North Macedonia
- Serbia
- Singapore
- South Korea
The shipping method is automatically determined by Sport Conrad and cannot be selected by the customer.
Which items cannot be shipped via UPS Express?
Due to air freight regulations, certain dangerous goods items cannot be shipped via UPS Express. These may include, for example:
- LVS gas cartridges
- liquid waxes
- aerosol cans and pressure vessels
- certain batteries and accumulators
- other items classified as dangerous goods
If your order contains such an item, we will contact you and clarify the further procedure with you.
Additional processing time for third countries
For orders to customs third countries with an invoice amount of over €1,000 net including shipping costs, an export declaration with the German customs authorities is required before shipping.
The processing usually takes an additional 1–3 working days from the invoice date.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the online shop based on the delivery country and the order. Express shipping is currently not offered.
