Short answer
With the tracking number of your return shipment, you can check whether the return has already arrived at Sport Conrad.
The tracking status "delivered" initially only means that the parcel has arrived with us. The internal processing and creation of the credit note take place separately afterwards.
Where can I find the tracking number?
If you use a return label from Sport Conrad, you can find the tracking number:
- on your deposit receipt,
- and in the shipping email, which also contains the tracking information for the original delivery.
The tracking number is not displayed in your customer account.
If you have paid for the return shipment yourself, please use the tracking number of the shipping provider you chose.
Please keep the deposit receipt and the tracking number until the return has been fully processed and the refund has been issued.
My return is marked as delivered according to tracking
After the tracking status "delivered", it usually takes one to three working days for the return to be processed internally and a credit note to be created.
During the peak season from October to March, processing may take longer due to the increased volume of returns.
After processing, you will automatically receive:
- a credit note,
- and a confirmation by email.
If items from the same order are returned separately, multiple separate credit notes may be issued.
When should I contact Customer Service?
Please contact us if, despite the tracking status "delivered", no credit note has been created:
- outside the peak season after two working days,
- from October to March after five working days.

Please provide us with:
- your order or invoice number,
- the return tracking number, if available,
- and the delivery date according to the tracking information, if available.
When will the refund be made?
The refund is generally made via the originally used payment method.
After the credit note has been created, it usually takes another one to three working days until the refund is visible with the respective payment provider.
For Klarna payments, Sport Conrad automatically forwards the refund to Klarna.
What happens with a payment made by voucher?
If the order was paid with a voucher, the corresponding value will be refunded in the form of a new physical voucher.
Delivery by UPS, including processing, is expected to take:
- about one week within Germany,
- about two weeks for delivery abroad.
The tracking does not update
If the tracking of your return shipment no longer updates, the further process depends on the shipping method used.

Please contact our Customer Service. Since Sport Conrad is the sender of the return shipment, we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
Self-paid international return
Please first contact the shipping provider you chose and additionally inform our Customer Service.
Please keep the deposit receipt and the tracking number until the matter is fully resolved.
Scope
This procedure applies to returns to our returns warehouse in Iffeldorf.
Returns or returns to a Sport Conrad branch are not processed through this procedure.
