You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to return an item
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice or returns slip that we sent you by email together with the tracking number. Please also check your spam folder.
- You can arrange the return shipment with a delivery service of your choice.
- The items must be unused and in their original condition.
Note: Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item or size, return the original item and simply place a new order for the item you want.
Returns from non-EU countries
Please complete all customs and shipping documents in full. Incomplete documents may lead to delays in processing your return.
