You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How returns work
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Include a copy of the invoice or return slip that we sent you by email together with the tracking number. Please also check your spam folder.
- You can return the items using a delivery service of your choice.
- The items must be unused and in their original condition.
Note: Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item or size, return the original item and simply place a new order for the item you want.
Special provision for customers with a German address
If you have a German address and send your return from Germany, we can provide you with a DHL return label. To request one, simply email us your German address at info@sport-conrad.de.
