You will always find the return label—whether DHL, UPS or another carrier—as an attachment to the invoice email. This invoice email is sent to you the night after your order ships, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In that email you will find the return label as a file attachment that you can simply print out and stick on your return parcel. Please make sure the return label is clearly legible to ensure smooth processing of your return.
