Please enclose a copy of the invoice or the return form with your return. After we receive the goods, we will refund the purchase price for items paid by credit card, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal or bank transfer to the respective account. Please note: • Unpaid (postage-due) returns cannot be accepted. • Used goods are excluded from exchange. • Bikes and mounted skis, as indicated by you, are also excluded from exchange. For an exchange, please order the desired items separately. As soon as we receive the return, the purchase price will be refunded.
