How to return an item
- Use the return label that you received by email together with the invoice and returns note. Please also check your spam folder.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice or returns note with your parcel.
- Drop off your return at DHL.
- The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- The items must be unused and in their original condition.
Note: Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item or size, return the original item and simply place a new order for the item you want.
