Unused goods can be returned to Sport Conrad within 14 days of receipt. For returns within Germany, you will receive a return label from us in the invoice email. Please note that mounted skis and bikes are excluded from exchange. Please note that we do not cover the costs for returns from abroad and therefore do not provide a return label.
