The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the shipping method. The shipping costs applicable to your order are automatically calculated in the online shop and displayed in the shopping cart.

Free shipping to Germany and Austria
For orders with a merchandise value of €100 gross after deduction of discounts and vouchers, shipping of standard parcels within Germany and to Austria is free of charge.
Exceptions include, among others:
- Bulky goods shipments
- Bicycles
Separate shipping costs apply for bulky goods and bicycles, which will be shown to you in the online shop.
Deliveries to customs third countries
Our shipping costs include, among other things, transport from Germany to the respective country of delivery as well as any necessary export documents.
Import duties in the recipient country, such as local VAT, customs fees or fees charged by the shipping service provider, are not included and may be charged additionally.
Shipping to Greenland
Direct online orders to Greenland are currently not possible.
