Yes, through our Customer Service you can have items reserved in the following Sport-Conrad stores:
- Penzberg
- Garmisch
- Wielenbach
Please send us your request via our contact form or by email to info@sport-conrad.de.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Item number
- desired size, if applicable
- desired store
- desired quantity
- telephone number or email address
- until when you would like to reserve the item
A reservation is possible for a maximum of 5 working days.
You can reserve several different items as well as multiple quantities of the same item.
Selection reservations are not possible, however. Therefore, we do not reserve multiple sizes, colours or variants of an item solely for selection in the store.
After your request, our Customer Service will forward the reservation to the desired store. The store will check the actual availability and then contact you directly.
Please only come to collect after the store has responded.
Your reservation request alone does not confirm that the desired items are ready for collection.
