Short answer
You can redeem an online voucher from Sport Conrad during the ordering process in the online shop.
Enter the voucher code in the “Proceed to checkout” section in the “Voucher code” field and then click on “Redeem”. The voucher value will be immediately applied to your order summary.
What is an online voucher?
An online voucher is a digital gift voucher purchased from the Sport Conrad online shop.
After successfully completing and paying for the voucher order, you will receive the voucher by email as a PDF file in DIN A4 format. You can save this or print it out at home.
Please note:
- Payment in advance is not possible when purchasing an online voucher.
- The online voucher can only be redeemed in the Sport Conrad online shop.
- Redemption in our physical stores is not possible due to technical reasons.
How do I redeem the voucher?
- Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the next step of the order by clicking “Proceed to checkout”.
- Enter your online voucher code in the “Voucher code” field.
- Click on “Redeem”.
- Check whether the voucher amount has been deducted in the order summary.
- Then complete your order.
Please pay attention to the exact spelling of the code when entering it:
- Case sensitivity must be observed.
- Enter the code without spaces.
- Be especially careful of accidentally inserted spaces before or after the code.

Can I redeem the voucher afterwards?
No. The voucher code must be entered and redeemed before completing the order.
For an order that has already been completed, the voucher cannot be entered afterwards by the customer in the online shop.
What happens with a remaining balance?
If the voucher value is higher than the order value, the remaining balance will remain on the same voucher code.
You can use the code again for a later order until the balance is completely used up. A new voucher will not be automatically issued for this.
What happens if the voucher value is not sufficient?
If the voucher value is lower than the order value, you can pay the outstanding amount using one of the payment methods offered in the online shop.
Can I use multiple vouchers?
Yes. You can redeem multiple online vouchers within one order.
An online voucher can also be combined with a discount code.
Are there any restrictions?
The following generally apply to online vouchers:
- no minimum order value,
- no excluded items or brands,
- no restriction to specific countries or currencies.
Online vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
If the voucher has expired, Customer Service can check on request whether the validity can be extended.
How can I check my remaining balance?
The current remaining balance cannot be queried by yourself in the customer account or online shop.
Please contact our Customer Service and provide the full voucher code. We can then check the remaining balance for you.
What can I do if the voucher does not work?
First check:
- Is the code entered completely and correctly?
- Has case sensitivity been observed?
- Are there spaces before, after, or within the code?
- Is it actually an online voucher?
- Has the balance possibly already been fully used?
- Is the voucher possibly expired?
In the online shop, the message “Voucher expired” may appear in different cases. The voucher cannot then be redeemed directly and must be checked by our Customer Service.
What information does Customer Service need?
Please send us:
- the full voucher code,
- the original voucher value,
- a screenshot of the error message,
- the items or contents of your shopping cart,
- if applicable, the order number if the order has already been completed.
The full voucher code may be sent to our Customer Service by email or via the contact form in case of a problem.
What happens in case of a cancellation or return?
If an order was paid fully or partially with a voucher, the corresponding voucher amount will be refunded as a new voucher.
A payout of the voucher-paid amount to a bank account, PayPal account, or credit card is not possible.
The original voucher code will not be reactivated.
Example of a mixed payment
An order of €200.00 was paid with:
- €100.00 online voucher,
- €100.00 PayPal.
If goods worth €150.00 are returned, the refund will be as follows:
- €100.00 will be refunded via PayPal.
- €50.00 will be issued as a new voucher.
Important notes
- Online vouchers cannot be redeemed in a physical store.
- The code must be entered before completing the order.
- Enter the code without spaces and with correct case sensitivity.
- Remaining balance remains on the original code.
- The voucher is valid for three years.
- The voucher-paid amount will be refunded as a voucher in case of a return.
